How to Make a Complaint

Contact us by phone at 720-441-5622 or through our contact form. Please include:

  • Your name and the best way to reach you
  • The property address and approximate dates of the work
  • A description of what happened and what you would like resolved
  • Any photos, documents, or correspondence that help explain the issue

What Happens Next

  1. Acknowledgement. Denver Fire Damage Restoration aims to acknowledge every complaint within two business days.
  2. Review. We look at the project record, speak with the crew involved, and contact you if we need more detail.
  3. Response. We aim to provide a substantive written response within ten business days. If the review needs longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
  4. Resolution. Where we got something wrong, we will explain how we intend to put it right.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If our response does not resolve the matter, you may ask for it to be reviewed again by the company owner. You also retain any rights available to you under Colorado consumer protection law.
